3. Your Content

Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you input into the Platform, including business data, canvas notes, and strategic information. By using the Platform, you grant us a limited licence to process that content solely to deliver the service to you.

Responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content you input. Do not input content that infringes third-party rights or violates applicable law.

4. Confidentiality

We treat all business information you input into the Platform as confidential. We will not share your business data with third parties except as required to deliver the service (for example, to AI processing providers) or as required by law.

5. AI-Generated Outputs

The Platform uses AI to generate strategic analysis, business plans, and recommendations. These outputs are informational only and do not constitute professional financial, legal, or business advice. You should exercise your own judgement before acting on any AI-generated output.

6. Ownership of AI Outputs

AI-generated outputs produced from your content belong to you, subject to any restrictions imposed by the underlying AI providers. We do not claim ownership of outputs generated from your business data.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, attempt to reverse-engineer or circumvent security measures, input content that is defamatory, harassing, or illegal, or use the Platform in a way that degrades performance for other users.

8. Liability

Our liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid for the Platform in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special losses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via an in-Platform notice. Continued use of the Platform after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Northern Ireland.
